WORST were my 2 highsides.

One this past Feburary on my Tard (Thread is here some place)
Damaged ACL, Torn MCL, Fractured knee cap, fratured tibia, and concussion... black_eye.gif

7 years ago on my FZR 750
Broke both ankles, both wrist, broken nose, damaged ulnar nerve...left hand still goes numb once in while...great for giving my self a "stranger" tongue.gif

Jerry Burgess: "Valentino moved through the field in Barcelona and everyone that he passed got a riding lesson."

"I think that if Casey had raced in the '80s and '90s with Kevin Schwantz, Wayne Rainey and Mick Doohan, he'd have seen that every weekend," the Australian told the official MotoGP website. "It was probably something that he wasn't particularly expecting; [he] probably expected to win the race easily like he'd dominated in the practices."

"Pedrosa put up so little a fight it would have embarrassed a Frenchman"

I've got someone looking out for me...no badly broken bones, just sprains cuts and streatched ligs.

Some things in life are vastly underrated. Take bacon. It's never destined to be a premiere cut of meat like say an inch thick rib-eye steak or a rack of lamb. But because of its versatility bacon is an amazing meat product.
You can have it for breakfast, lunch and supper. It can perk up almost any dish from pasta to lasagne. It can compliment salads, pizza, stews, chilli, soup, sandwiches or plain leeks – it even smells amazing when being cooked. It short it's cheap, cheerful and amazingly complimentary but totally overlooked.
COLIN EDWARDS......IS bacon.

mine was on an MX track, got confused about my location on the track, took a VERY STEEP single that you need to take in 1st (and very slow), I was in fourth and thought it was a 70 ft table top.
broken foot, wrist, clavicle, concussion, torn rotator cuff (#1)
was laid up for 11 months. the rotaor cuff was a BITCH, I completely tore it

Fucking hell, there some pretty gnarly accidents.

Mine seems pretty dull. Earlier this year some guy reversed into me when I was pulled into a hedge on a single track lane (to let him reverse if you get what I mean - as there was oncoming vehicles). He didn't check mirrors and came right back and broke my leg, me being a complete tit, thought I was ok and rode home. On the way back it got pretty fucking painfull, and when I got home I went straight to hospital.
The worst bit was that 6 weeks later I had booked and payed for a pissing skiing holiday...

Oh well, 6 months on the insurance company have offered me £3000 compensation, which for a lad my age isn't to shabby smile.gif Should get me a new bike.

no bike accident is dull.
do exactly what you want with the money, if you've been in an accident you've earned the right to do what you want with it.
be safe bro

Some idiot car driver thought he could turn right, I hit the side of the car and flew over the roof, landed about 30ft away!

I've only had 1 accident on a bike, I broke my arm, my leg in two places and my pelvis, 3 months in hospital in traction.
