Hello all,

Long time lurker, short time poster. Been riding/racing since 1969. Caught the bug from dad, who would sit me in front of him on his little Honda.

Anyway, had a bit of a nasty one at turn 2 at Sears (it will always be Sears to me). Off my feet for a while, gave me a chance to catch up on a lot of online reading. I finally decided to make my '06 registration official by actually posting!

Thank you everyone for all your contributions to this site and all the entertainment you have provided.

Thanks, somedamnwriter. I must admit there were times when the trolls really tempted me to reply, but I realized I'd be adding fuel to the fire.

As a mod, thank you!

But, if you do feel compelled to reply, you have all the rights actually...just please make sure it's as objective and constructive to the discussion as it could be wink.gif

Yes, I rescue boxers, especially white ones. There's been many that I took care of until they were adopted. Personally, I've had 2 whites (m/f, both now gone) and a brindle (m, adopted by a friend after I moved to NJ). No dog right now, but after I settle in I'll start again.

"One particular thing that Formula-1 can provide you, is that you know you're always exposed to danger. Danger of getting hurt, danger of dying. This is part of your life, and you either face it in a professional, in a cool manner, or you just drop it, just leave it and don't do it anymore really. And I happen to like too much what I do to just drop it, I can't drop it." (Ayrton Senna)
